Sample - Salesforce Technical Consultant - Architect – MindView | Mind Mapping Software

This is a sample mind map of a recruitment exercise 3X Partners performed for one of their clients. The client was looking for a Salesforce Architect or Technical Consultant to implement a range of recommendations from Salesforce Professional Services and also own the Salesforce Architecture within the business as an ongoing function. The role had been open for approx. 100 days and the client had not managed to find the right candidate. 3X Partners identified and approached 385 domestic and international candidates which resulted in 10 suitable candidates submitted for review. 4 candidates were interviewed and the client was so impressed with 2 candidates that they offered them both roles. The whole exercise took 21 business days.
