1. Who should specifically work with the software?

At our school, the steering groups in particular should work with MindView in order to organize conferences with it.

We also plan to use MindView in class with the students to organize projects. In the school administration and in the secretariat MindView helps us to streamline the administration and it is a tool that can be used in different areas in the school.

2. Why did you decide to use MindView?

MindView is easy to use and has great export options to Microsoft. It is ideal for summarizing work and sharing and editing it in a team. With MindView we think we can control the school management and colleagues at all levels - in a clear way.

When it comes to organizational planning in all areas, MindView can connect everything and improve teamwork.

3. What activities do you want to use MindView for?

In class to plan and organize projects with students. Summarize work and topic work in order to save it and use it again and again. To optimize the structure of team planning in school management and school administration and to enable collaboration on the same file in real time, thus covering the area of task planning.

4. What are the benefits of using MindView?

MindView is easy to use as it looks very similar to Microsoft Word and therefore does not require a long learning curve.

Students can work on projects digitally - instead of in writing - and work together, even if participants are not in the same room.

The great export options to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, among other things, make it easy to work out topics, presentations and essays.

Furthermore, the optimization of the school administration and school management through concrete networking (working in real time, storing files in mind maps), so that we can achieve more in less time and processes are better divided in different areas - and you can also merge them better again.

5. Where do you see other areas of application within the school?

With MindView, I see the possibility of presenting information in a simple and very clear way.

• Preparation for exams and even “cheat sheets” on topics.
• Preparation and execution of projects for students. Also essays or presentation preparation.
• School organization and school administration.

6. How do you think other schools can benefit from MindView?

I think all schools in the county can benefit from MindView, from mind mapping to project organization and organizational structuring.
