Gothaer Risk-Management GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherung AG. The company’s purpose is to advise Gothaer’s commercial and industrial teams and external customers on all topics relating to technical and organizational risk management. The focus is on remediation of environmental damage, recording, assessing and advising on mitigating risks related to fire, natural hazards, product liability and product recall, environmental liability and damage and company fleets. In addition, we offer valuations of commercial buildings and production facilities.

How long have you been using MindView?

I have been using MindView for about five years.

What activities do you use MindView for?

I use MindView for brainstorming ideas, structuring meetings, tracking tasks, managing projects, organizing topics and exploring Risk Management themes in workshops with customers. It accompanies me like a Swiss Army knife throughout my working day.

What are the advantages of using MindView?

MindView gives me a better overview of the subject and more flexibility for structuring topics than a more conventional approach would. The different views also let me represent the data according to my needs at any particular point, saving me a lot of time.

What do you particularly appreciate about MindView?

Above all, the flexibility it gives me when developing topics. The integration with Microsoft Office is also a real asset.

Where do you see other areas of application within your company?

We already use MindView wherever useful and feasible.

How could users with similar needs benefit?

Having access to basic mind maps detailing general and specific risk management topics would be very beneficial to such users. Of course, this would not be in the interest of consultants!

What is your experience of working with MatchWare?

My experience is consistently positive. Having the opportunity to participate regularly in interesting and helpful webinars is particularly useful.

Would you recommend the software?

I would recommend MindView wholeheartedly to any user drawn to this type of representation of data.
